Simply Lexie

This morning Brandon became Dr. Brandon (the boy with the cute smile).  Brandon and I spent the morning at the hospital with Branodn in Surgery getting his Umbilical Hernia fixed.  They gave him a mask and a hat just like the Dr’s wear… he also got a cuddlely little cat named candy.  He was already a little loopy as they rolled him out of the room

The Dr. said everything went well and this is him after the surgery… he came out a little disoriented of course.  He was pretty upset that his belly button hurt but he didn’t remember anything.  Britta asked him how his nap was… his reply, “I didn’t sleep”.

He’s home now and feeling a little sore but doing really well. He’s become quite attached to his cat candy!  Here’s to a speedy recovery.  (Dr. says 2-3 days)
