Today has been a lazy day. Mike and Alyssa are napping in the sun; and Emily and Brandon are quietly playing. It feels great to know that the summer is getting closer. I sit in the sun in my living room and hope that it would come sooner. It’s been winter for to long. I’m ready for a change in the weather!
I’m all for change right now!
We’ve had change in our family, having Alyssa 4 weeks ago has been so much fun for our family. It’s fun to have a baby in the house again! And because we had a new baby we changed Mike’s office to a nursery. It is a very cute nursery if I do say so myself.
But, maybe, the biggest change for me is… I got a new hair cut. I went short… wanted something that I wouldn’t have to fuss with to much. I’ve never been much of a hair and makeup kinda girl, so my hair usually ends up in a ponytail. This new hair cut will eliminate ponytails but should still be pretty easy to do…. We’ll see!!

Hi Lexie-
I started to write you a note just a minute ago and then it just disappeared so I don’t know if I accidently sent it to you, so this might be a repeat. Benson told sent me the link to your blog. Your Family is very cute. Congrats on the new baby! I also viewed some of our other cousins blogs that you had posted. It was fun to see what everyone is doing now that we are “big”. I gathered from your blog that you live in Lehi. How do you like it ? What does Mike do for a job?
I live near Logan with my Husband Randy and two BUSY boys Greydon (5) and Hudson (19 months). They are lots of fun. Randy and I are both Registered Nurses. He is the Director of a home care and hospice agency and also works part time at the hospital. I work two 12 hour night shifts a week in the Newborn Intensive Care. I really love it. I know that Amelia lives in Logan as well. I have bumped into her a couple of times at the grocery store.
Well it’s midnight so I better get to bed. Hope things are well with you and your family. It would be fun to hear back from you.
