DC and the 4th of July
Washington DC was a huge highlight of our trip… we had so much fun and it is awesome to be able to see and learn so much about the beginnings of our Country and Forefathers.

We had a blast… I know I missed so many of the highlights…. but there were too many!
Boston, NYC, and Phillidelphia
We took a Revolutionary War trip to Boston, NYC, Pennsylvania, and Washington DC. We went during the 4th fo July> And it was awesome, we loved it! We have 710 pictures just of this trip.. hey, it was 2 1/2 weeks.. theres’s no way I can post them all so I’ll try to not go way over board with pics. :) Enjoy…. we did!

we watched a series about the Revolutionary War that highlighted Ben Franklin… the kids loved spotting him everywhere!

Summer Fun
We’ve had our fair share of fun this summer….

The BIG Two
Leah turned two and we had a little party with close family…. she loved all her presents.
she wasn’t quite sure how she felt about the big purple dog…
though it fast became a favorite
she’s getting so big!

Happy 10th Anniversary
For our 10th Anniversary we took another cruise! This time to the Mexican Riviera. It was so great to just get away and spend a week together.

they have some real pretty looking cacti
mind you … I wouldn’t want to plant any in my yard though
we also went on a pirate cruise …
they put on a show…
fed us … and took us to an amazing private beach to play. So fun!
We had an amazing time….. thanks to my parents (especially mom) for watching kids so we could get away!
Something New … Something Green
We took our cousins and a new friend to see a hockey game. The kids thought it was great that people were yelling at the players and each other. Here are a few snap shots of the evening.

overall it was a fun night… new experience to watch some hockey…. and the kids got to eat popcorn and hang out with their friends!
Birthday Girl
Alyssa turned 3 and we had a party with a new set of family. The Carbines and Messina’s live close now so Alyssa had a beautiful Birthday cake (thanks to Amelia).

New Adventure
Las Vegas here we come! After 10 years in Utah … 10 cold snowy winters … we were ready to move to warmer climates and thought we’d give Vegas a try.
